INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Oats
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 cup Egg Whites
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder
  • ½ tsp Baking Powder

DIRECTIONS

  1. Put all ingredients in blender
  2. Pour onto non-stick pan or griddle
  3. Flip when bubbles on top (3-4 minutes per side)
